Section 68 IAC 6-1-6 - Review of a petition for removal from the exclusion list

Sec. 6.

(a) Upon designating a petition for a review proceeding, the executive director must assign one (1) person to serve as review officer to conduct the review. The executive director, deputy director, and commission employees who are attorneys are eligible to serve as review officers.

(b) The review officer must schedule the review proceeding to occur no later than ninety (90) days from the receipt of the request for removal. The review officer must notify the petitioner in writing of the date, time, and place at which the review proceeding will be conducted.

(c) The review officer may grant continuances upon a showing of good cause.
