Sec. 3.
(a) A person who has registered for the statewide Internet self-restriction program may, upon the expiration of the selected term of self-restriction, submit a notice to the commission requesting removal from the statewide Internet self-restriction program.(b) The commission shall advise sports wagering operators of the person's removal from the statewide Internet self-restriction program within ten (10) business days.(c) Sports wagering operators may elect to continue excluding previously self-restricted persons.Indiana Gaming Commission; 68 IAC 27-13-3; filed 6/25/2021, 2:59 p.m.: 20210721-IR-068200420FRA
