Sec. 10.
(a) The commission shall assess a twenty-five dollar ($25) fee for an amendment to a license.(b) The amendment must be submitted at least twenty-one (21) business days prior to the date the activity is to be conducted.(c) If the amendment proposes to add annual bingo or annual casino game night activities to an annual license, and a period of at least three (3) years elapses between the dates on which the qualified organization lawfully conducted annual bingo or annual casino game night activities, the qualified organization must comply with the notice requirements set forth in IC 4-32.3-4-13 and this rule before conducting the proposed activity.Indiana Gaming Commission; 68 IAC 21-9-10; filed 7/29/2021, 3:00 p.m.: 20210825-IR-068200466FRA
