Section 68 IAC 21-10-15 - Raffle sales by out-of-state charitable organization

Sec. 15.

An out-of-state charitable organization that is licensed to conduct a raffle under IC 4-32.3-4-10 shall sell tickets only for the raffle within the geographic boundaries of the state of Indiana.
