Sec. 29.
The electronic gaming device must meet the following maximum and minimum theoretical percentage payouts during the expected lifetime of the electronic gaming device:
(1) The electronic gaming device must pay out at least eighty percent (80%) and not more than one hundred percent (100%) of the amount wagered unless otherwise approved by the executive director.(2) The theoretical payout percentage must be determined using standard methods of the probability theory.
