Section 68 IAC 2-4-8 - Continuances

Sec. 8.

(a) A motion to continue a review must be made at least ten (10) days before the review date unless the requesting party can show good cause.

(b) Continuances may be granted by the review officer upon a showing of good cause.

(c) The review officer may order a continuance of a hearing on the review officer's own initiative.
