Section 68 IAC 2-3-1.1 - Surveillance department requirements

Sec. 1.1.

(a) Members of the surveillance department shall report to the surveillance manager. The surveillance manager must report to a corporate office.

(b) The surveillance manager shall not be responsible for overseeing any other department.
