Section 68 IAC 14-4-1 - General provisions

Sec. 1.

(a) This rule applies to all:

(1) riverboat licensees; and

(2) riverboat license applicants.

(b) The riverboat licensee shall allow patrons to game at a live gaming device with value chips or nonvalue chips, or both.
