Section 675 IAC 31-6-4 - Design grades

Sec. 4.

Where designed for a specific terrain or road configuration, the power, traction, and stability of the system shall provide adequate margins for safety. The limiting characteristics of the system as designed shall be permanently marked in a prominent position within the cabin on the manufacturer's data plate.
