Section 675 IAC 31-5-29 - Enclosed regulated amusement device structures; general

Sec. 29.

All partially or totally enclosed regulated amusement device structures shall be designed and constructed to carry safely all loads to which the structures may normally be subjected. Materials used in the above structures shall not be stressed beyond limits stated in the Indiana building code (675 IAC 13).
