Section 675 IAC 31-5-10 - Overloading and overspeeding

Sec. 10.

An amusement device shall not be overcrowded or loaded in excess of its safe passenger capacity, nor shall it be operated at an unsafe speed or at any speed beyond that recommended by the manufacturer.
