Section 675 IAC 31-3-15 - "Fence" defined

Sec. 15.

"Fence" means a type of barrier consisting of, but not limited to:

(1) posts;

(2) boards;

(3) wire;

(4) stakes; or

(5) rails;

that is used to inhibit patrons from coming into contact with the moving portion or restricted portion of an amusement ride or device.
