Sec. 5.
(a) That certain document being titled Standard Guide for Testing Performance of Amusement Rides and Devices, 2003 edition approved October 1, 2003 (ASTM F846-92(2003) (reapproved 2003)), published by ASTM International, 100 Barr Harbor Drive, P.O.
