Section 675 IAC 30-4-35.1 - "Operating permit inspection" defined

Sec. 35.1.

"Operating permit inspection" means an inspection of a boiler or unfired pressure vessel conducted pursuant to the requirements in Part 2 of the NBIC or API 510, the report that is required to be submitted to qualify for an operating permit.
