Sec. 1.
(a) This article contains building and fire safety rules applicable to outdoor event equipment, as defined in IC 22-12-1-17.7.(b) For purposes of the definition of "outdoor event equipment", as defined in IC 22-12-1-17.7, the phrase "not otherwise attached or anchored to, or otherwise a part of, another Class 1 structure" means that the outdoor event equipment is designed, constructed, and installed separately from any other Class 1 structure, such as a stage or platform, and is, or is intended to be, an independent, standalone Class 1 structure.Filed 3/6/2017, 3:20 p.m.: 20170405-IR-675150332FRAReadopted filed 5/11/2023, 2:22 p.m.: 20230607-IR-675230104RFA
