Section 675 IAC 12-3-7 - Statewide fire and building safety education fund

Sec. 7.

This section applies to design release fees as established in section 2 of this rule. For each design release issued, twelve dollars ($12) of the filing fee is designated for deposit in the statewide fire and building safety education fund established in IC 22-12-6-3.
