Sec. 4.
(a) Except as provided in subsection (b), every application for a variance from the rules of the commission shall be accompanied by payment to the fire and building services fund in an amount as follows: | Variance application filing fee: | $138 |

(b) An application for a variance from a requirement in 675 IAC 30 shall be accompanied by a fee of two hundred dollars ($200).
