Sec. 15.
(a) All notices to employers from the department shall be sent to one (1) of the following: (1) An address designated by the employer. The designation must be entered into the Employer Self Service (ESS) application by an employee of the employer with the authority to designate a correspondence agent.(2) The employer's designated agent or representative, if the employer elects to be represented by an agent or representative, and has properly entered the designation in the ESS application.(3) The employer's ESS account. The department may make all notices available electronically.
