Section 646 IAC 5-1-15 - "Remuneration" defined

Sec. 15.

"Remuneration" has the same meaning set forth in IC 22-4-4-1; however, the term specifically includes payments of supplemental unemployment insurance benefits and payments by an employer for an employee's health insurance benefit plan.
