Section 62 IAC 1-1-1 - Definitions

Sec. 1.

The following definitions apply throughout this rule:

(1) "Complainant" means a person who files a complaint under IC 5-14-5.

(2) "Formal complaint" means a complaint filed under IC 5-14-5.
