Section 610 IAC 6-1-4 - "Employer" defined

Authority: IC 22-1-1-8

Sec. 4.

"Employer" means:

(1) a person;

(2) a firm;

(3) a partnership;

(4) an association;

(5) a corporation;

(6) a limited liability company;

(7) a receiver; or

(8) another entity; employing any person in this state.
