Section 610 IAC 10-1-4 - "Minor" defined

Affected: IC 22-2-18.1

Sec. 4.

"Minor" means a person who:

(1) is less than eighteen (18) years of age; and

(2) is not subject to the exemptions described in IC 22-2-18.1-2 and IC 22-2-18.1-13.
