Section 60 IAC 5-1-1 - Definitions

Sec. 1.

As used in this article, unless the context clearly requires another meaning, the following definitions apply throughout this article:

(1) "Health records" has the definition set forth in IC 16-18-2-168.

(2) "Mental health records" has the definition set forth in IC 16-18-2-226.
