Section 575 IAC 1-9-59 - Radios, tape decks, CD players, and MP3 players

Sec. 59.

(a) Radios, tape decks, CD players, and MP3 players may be installed with the permission of the local governing body.

(b) Each system must be designed and installed in such a way as to prevent injuries to the driver and the passengers in the event of a sudden stop.
