Sec. 53.
(a) The opening in the side of the body must be large enough to service the tire and to provide clearance for tire chains.(b) The way in which the wheel housing is attached to the floor sheets must prevent water and dust from entering the body.(c) The inside height of the wheel housing above the floor may not not [sic.] exceed twelve (12) inches.
