Sec. 5.
In the event that any unit composition or amendment matters, pursuant to sections 1 through 4 of this rule, representation matters, pursuant to section 7 of this rule, unfair practice matters, pursuant to 560 IAC 2-3.1, or impasse matters, pursuant to 560 IAC 2-4, are concurrently pending and involve the same school employer, they shall be assigned the same hearing officer for determination regarding consolidation of the matters or simultaneous adjudication thereof, unless otherwise determined by the executive director.
