Sec. 21.
(a) Internal organizational or name changes to an exclusive representative do not require board approval. However, if the existing exclusive representative changes its name, the exclusive representative shall notify the board of the change, including affirmation, by the exclusive representative president, that the exclusive representative organization itself is not changing.(b) A change in name of a school employer name does not require board approval.
