Sec. 2.
(a) Any affected school employee may file a complaint objecting to the composition of or amendment to a unit, whether agreed under section 1 of this rule or disputed under section 3 of this rule.(b) A complaint shall be filed within thirty (30) days of provision of notice under section 1 of this rule and include a statement as to the nature of the affected school employee's complaint regarding any proposed composition of or amendment to a unit.(c) The executive director shall provide a sample complaint accessible on the board's website in an electronic format.(d) A complaint filed by an affected school employee, without representation, shall be construed liberally, and will be accepted so long as it is substantially compliant with this section.
