Section 52 IAC 4-6-14 - Submission of proposed findings and conclusions

Sec. 14.

(a) Parties may file proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law with the board.
(b) Proposed findings and conclusions must be filed within the time period established and at the address designated by the board or administrative law judge.
(c) A copy of proposed findings or conclusions of law must be served on each party.
