Section 515 IAC 1-6-8 - Annual report by institution

Sec. 8.

(a) No later than June 1 of each year, the board will provide institutions with the format for the annual program report integrated within the annual accreditation report due no later than October 15 of that year.

(b) An institution shall submit an annual program report to the board, including number of participants who have:

(1) enrolled and are participating only in the preparation program; and

(2) completed the preparation program.

(c) An institution shall submit any other information as required by federal statute.
