Section 511 IAC 7-32-26 - "Disclosure" defined

Sec. 26.

"Disclosure" means:

(1) to permit access to; or

(2) the release, transfer, or other communication of; personally identifiable information contained in educational records to any party by any means including oral, written, or electronic means.
