Section 511 IAC 6.2-9-10 - Special management team; open meeting; public records; state board of accounts

Sec. 10.

(a) The special management team shall comply with IC 5-14-1.5, the open door law, and IC 5-14-3, access to public records.
(b) The special management team shall comply with the financial reporting requirements established by the state board of accounts under IC 5-11-1.
