Sec. 1.
All persons who have begun an approved teacher preparation program for initial licensure under prior rules and regulations will have until August 31, 2019, to complete the program. Applications for licensure under prior rules, including evidence of successful completion of testing requirements, must be received by the department no later than December 31, 2019.
