Sec. 11.
(a) School corporations shall apply for funding under 511 IAC 1-8 on a form prescribed by the state board of education on or before September 30. School corporations seeking approval for counting of instructional aides or transfer tuition agreements under IC 20-26-11-13(h) shall annually apply for the approval on or before August 1.(b) Upon receipt of an application for funding under 511 IAC 1-8, the department of education shall compute the amount to be distributed to the school corporation.
