Sec. 5.
"Bus company" means a company (other than a street railway company) that is principally engaged in the business of transporting persons for hire by bus on regularly scheduled routes in or through two (2) or more townships of this state. The term does not include a company that exclusively operates charter buses, which do not have scheduled routes.
