Section 50 IAC 5.1-1-24 - "Railroad company" defined

Sec. 24.

"Railroad company" means a company that owns or operates:

(1) a steam or electric railroad;

(2) a suburban or interurban railroad;

(3) a switching or terminal railroad;

(4) a railroad station, track, or bridge; or

(5) a facility that is part of a railroad system.
