Section 50 IAC 4.2-7-2 - Uniform useful lives of assets; publication

Sec. 2.

The department may prescribe and publish the useful life of assets if it determines that a uniform life should be required for all taxpayers in order to obtain equalization of assessments as provided in 50 IAC 4.2-4-5 and 50 IAC 4.2-4-6.
