Section 50 IAC 27-2-3 - "Contract" defined

Sec. 3.

"Contract" refers to an agreement under IC 6-1.1-4-17 through IC 6-1.1-4-20 between a county assessor and an appraiser under IC 6-1.1-31.7 to perform services related to the requirements under this article.
