Section 50 IAC 26-14-5 - Data archiving requirements

Sec. 5.

The tax and billing system shall automatically archive records after the following:

(1) Certification of net assessed values to the department.
(2) Billing and abstract of taxes to the auditor of state.
(3) Each settlement period.
