Section 50 IAC 18-3-1 - Filing procedure for petition for reassessment

Sec. 1.

(a) Petitions filed with the department pursuant to this rule must be filed by:
(1) personal delivery;
(2) deposit in the United States mail; or
(3) registered or certified mail, return receipt requested.
(b) Petitions may not be filed by facsimile or electronic mail.
