Section 50 IAC 10-2-1 - Purpose

Sec. 1.

The purpose of this rule is to provide a general description of the procedures associated with the designation of an economic revitalization area. Designating bodies may tailor practices or procedures to fit their specific circumstances so long as the statutory procedures are observed.
