Section 470 IAC 3.1-6-1 - Public awareness program

Sec. 1.

The LPCC shall advise and assist the division in the division's development and implementation of a public awareness program, as described in 470 IAC 3.1-2-6, that focuses on the early identification of children who are eligible to receive early intervention services, including the preparation and dissemination to all primary referral sources, especially hospitals and physicians, of information materials for parents on the availability of early intervention services.
