Sec. 4.
(a) The division shall be responsible for the development and implementation of a central directory of information about the following: (1) Local resource and referral entities in the state.(2) Public and private early intervention services, resources, and experts available in the state.(3) Research and demonstration projects being conducted in the state.(4) Professional and other groups that provide assistance to children eligible for early intervention services and their families.(b) The information to be included in the central directory must be in sufficient detail to:(1) ensure that the general public will be able to determine the nature and scope of the services and assistance available from each of the sources listed in the directory; and(2) enable the parent of a child eligible for early intervention services to contact, by telephone or letter, any of the sources listed in the directory.(c) The central directory must be: (1) updated at least annually; and(2) accessible to the general public.(d) The division shall arrange for copies of the directory to be available in the following areas:(1) Each county of the state.(2) In places and in a manner that ensure accessibility by persons with disabilities.Division of Family Resources; 470 IAC 3.1-2-4; filed Jan 29, 1996, 5:15 p.m.: 19 IR 1333; readopted filed Jul 12, 2001, 1:40 p.m.: 24 IR 4235; readopted filed Oct 24, 2007, 11:25 a.m.: 20071121-IR-470070448RFA; readopted filed Aug 23, 2013, 3:36 p.m.: 20130918-IR-470130306RFAReadopted filed 11/13/2019, 11:56 a.m.: 20191211-IR-470190490RFA
