Sec. 14.
(a) The LPCC and the division shall collect and maintain information. The division shall ensure that all requirements governing the confidentiality of records and early intervention information maintained by participating agencies are being implemented by the participating agencies.(b) In the event that compliance deficiencies are identified, the division shall report the deficiency, in writing, to the responsible participating agency.
