Section 470 IAC 3.1-11-1 - Transition from early intervention system

Sec. 1.

Service providers in the early intervention system, and the service coordinator assigned to assist an eligible child and the child's family, have the responsibility to facilitate a smooth transition of a child and family participating in the early intervention system into, within, or from preschool services provided under Part B of the Act, or to any other environment or combination of environments determined to be appropriate for the child, prior to or at their third birthday.
