Section 470 IAC 3-1.1-15 - "Relatives" defined

Sec. 15.

As used in this rule, "relatives" means a relationship to an individual who is less than eighteen (18) years of age by marriage, blood, or adoption, including parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, stepparents, stepgrandparents, stepsisters, stepbrothers, uncles, aunts, and first cousins.
