Section 465 IAC 4-1-11 - "Hard to place child" defined

Sec. 11.

"Hard to place child" means a child as defined in IC 31-9-2-51 who is:

(1) eligible for the special needs adoption program established and operated by the department under IC 31-19-27; or

(2) a ward of the department.
