Sec. 11.

Unless otherwise provided in this rule or an applicable provision of the statute or rule governing a particular proceeding, all applicable provisions of IC 4-21.5-3-1 and IC 4-21.5-3-2 will control determination of the manner and time for service of notices and computation of the time for receipt of a request for administrative hearing under this rule.
