Section 465 IAC 2-17-14 - "Public hearing" defined

Sec. 14.

"Public hearing" means a hearing, open to the public, for the department to accept comments, suggestions, and feedback related to annual review of the maintenance payment and administrative payment as set by the mechanisms in this rule.
