Section 465 IAC 2-15.1-8 - "Older youth services" defined

Sec. 8.

"Older youth services" mean services provided to an older youth by or on behalf of the department, in accordance with section 12 of this rule:

(1) during the time the older youth is residing in a DCS approved placement as set out in IC 31-28-5.8-1; and

(2) pursuant to a collaborative care agreement, as defined in IC 31-28-5.8-2.
